About the Role
Modern Dating Academy Closers present and enroll new members into the academy. They enroll members from inbound and outbound processes. Our closers manage their own pipeline and prospects.They are also an essential component of our customer experience. They understand they are more than just "Sales" , they are the first impression a prospect will get of Modern Dating Academy and thus they must be professional, an effective communicator, and excellent at building rapport. They are also motivated by helping our clients achieve the highest levels of success. They understand that the sales process itself is a choreographed experience that should have the customer begging to buy.

This position is full-time and virtual, meaning you can work from anywhere.
Responsibilities:
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive customer relationships

Move all prospects to the proper stage of the pipeline via designated platform (ie. GoHighLevel.com etc)

Maintain a clear, up to date and accurate pipeline in designated platform (ie. GoHighLevel.com etc)

Follow up diligently and consistently with potential clients over extended periods of time

Document all interactions with all prospects and clients in the “notes” section of via designated platform (ie. GoHighLevel.com etc) - escalating to the Support team as needed

Educate prospects on our products from an expert perspective

Available weekdays from 12 pm - 8 pm EST to take calls

Flexible to adjust hours to create maximum calendar coverage (ie. weekend rotations)

Attend Daily 10-15 minute sales huddles on weekdays at 8am EST

Use both internal and external resources to maintain up to date knowledge of our products and industry

Collaborate with the Director of Sales to formulate ideas on how to best serve our clients

Be mindful of any emerging patterns of negative feedback from our clients on all levels of service (Coaching, Membership Portal, etc)

Quickly escalate clients as needed through their Coach for action-planning

The pay
- Commission only - our sales reps make between $5k/mo-$15k/mo depending on the role they’re in
